Feasibility Study

A feasibility study is a preliminary study undertaken to determine and document a project’s viability or the discipline of planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. The term is also used to describe the preliminary analysis of an existing system to see if it is worth upgrading all or a part. The results of this study are used to make a decision whether or not to proceed with the project.

Productivity Studies

Productivity studies analyse technical processes and engineering relationships such as how much of an output can be produced in a specified period of time .While productivity is the amount of output produced relative to the amount of resources that go into the production, efficiency is the value of output relative to the cost of inputs used. A change in the price of inputs might lead a firm to change the mix of inputs used, in order to reduce the cost of inputs used, and improve efficiency, without actually increasing the quantity of output relative the quantity of inputs.
Analysis is performed on various stages of an existing project and is used as an analytical tool for decision makers.

A estimate whereby a comparison can be made on a submitted tender document to ensure cost evaluations are accurate. The estimation will mirror the original document to ensure the client can be confident they are receiving value for money.
